What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover through PayPal. If you prefer to pay by check, money order, or by credit card payment over the phone, you may do so by following these steps:
- Pick the item or items you wish to purchase, making a note of the title and price.
- Call our order department at 212-957-5300, ext. 200.
- We will help finalize the details of your order, which will include a small shipping charge.
- The credit card information will be finalized over the phone. For checks and money orders, mail them to our order department at:

Who is PayPal?
PayPal is the online payment site that handles all credit card transactions.
When you click on a "Buy Now" button, your selected purchase will be entered into an online shopping cart. When you are finished shopping, and you click on "Secure Check Out," you will be prompted to enter your credit card and shipping information, and use whichever credit card you prefer. Once you enter that information, the next time you go to the site, you only have to enter your access code and all the billing information is automatically available. So you avoid the inconvenience of going through the process again.
What happens if one item is in stock and one or more is not?
In the unlikely event that part of your order is not in stock we will wait for our supplies to be replenished before sending you the full order. If we cannot restock within 2 weeks we will send you a partial shipment. The remaining order will then be shipped with a minimal shipping charge (unless you have requested expedited shipping at a greater cost). You will receive an email informing you of the status of your order when shipping has been initiated.
How safe is it to order on this site?

Is my privacy protected?
Yes, completely. We honor the right of all of our customers to keep their email addresses and any other information away from other businesses. We do not sell, rent or lend customer names, emails or financial information to anyone.
